Left our family dog in for a grooming .. and it was badly done and un even .. over the last 10 days I have called every day left messages with 3 staff members .. and still awaiting for the area manager to call back .. Best to avoid it .. I was told the reason for management not retuning my call is that there are under staff and only one person working in the maxi saloon .. it was a bad cut and cost €55 for a 40mins short back and sides … avoid this place if you can .. service has dropped and management are rude .. especially John…
