Below are just some of the problems I encountered with Bathroom Design. My wife came home from work to find the tiler had invited his girlfriend over to our home while we were both in work. The tiler and his girlfriend were both upstairs! Alarm sensors were tiled over when I specifically asked them not to be. I had to pay the alarm company to come back out to fix a problem with the sensors caused by Bathroom Design. Bathroom design cut through the floorboards in the bedroom without permission. Leaks in the vanity unit caused damage to the lower drawer. I'm now on the third replacement drawer in one of the vanity units. Leaks from the shower caused damage to the kitchen ceiling. I had to repair the damage to the kitchen ceiling myself. Waste pipe from toilet left exposed. Unprofessional cowboys! Avoid!
