I went to the pharmacy with blocked sinuses and was offered Fluticasone propionate nasal spray for the issue. I asked twice if it's a hormonal drug. I was told it's not. I got a huge headache two days in a row (I tend to react badly to hormones, which I avoid like hell). I went back to the pharmacy just wanting to clarify this and get a refund and an apology. Instead of that I was lied to my face that they informed me it's a steroid drug twice. They did not tell me that at all. When I inquired further I was told that corticosteroids are not hormones by the owner himself. I questioned that as it's untrue and asked to check online. Instead of that the owner became aggressive and used an argument of authority with me. He asked me if I'm a pharmacist - I'm not so I have no say.
