Sonas Bed and Breakfast is a successful family business run by Ann and Myles Gallagher. It is a 5 bedroom, 3 star Failte Ireland Approved B & B. It is ideally located outside Carrigart in Co. Donegal on the North West Coast of Ireland. It has become synonymous with walkers, ramblers and cyclists because of its proximity to a variety of both challenging and panoramic routes, including the Atlantic Drive on the Wild Atlantic Way, Errigal and Muckish Mountains and Glenveagh National Park.
Special cycling packages are available to include hire of hybrid or electric bike, cycle routes and accommodation.
Special Golf packages are available, with up to one hundred holes within a 30 minute drive, including the Sandy Hill Links and Tom Morris courses at Rosapenna Golf Club and Portsalon Golf Club, founder members of the GUI. Drying facilities are available at Sonas.

Tony and I spent a lovely weekend in "Sonas" B&B in October 2013 Ann and Myles were very warm and welcoming and made our weekend very special. The accommodation was excellent and the rooms were spotless. Breakfast was superb and second to none. Ann and Myles were very informative about their locality and places of interest for us to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be recommending "Sonas" Bed and Breakfast to our friends and family. We are looking forward to staying here again.
