I find that the owner picks a side if you are separated from the other parent and favours them. In my opinion, you can expect to be excluded from events and information if you are not the favoured parent. It has been my experience that even if you send polite requests to see your child's record or work, you will not be granted access or involved in your child's education while there. You will not receive any notifications, especially after you disagree with her. My experience is that if you suffer from depression, you will be greeted with overly exaggerated questions about how you are doing, and she will question your child about how you are doing. It has been my experience that if you question her opinion or her actions, you will be told she is the professional despite your professional medical expertise, or you will be cut off from your child's information. As a mother, it is very hurtful to be cut out of my child's life and not allowed to participate in their education.
Highly recommended, lovely place for our children
My son just graduated from Naionra and during his time there he had grown in confidence and developed assurance going potty training, he loves the teachers and his friends, I have never witnessed any mistreatment to my son or other children, Naionra's staff is very professional, Anne Marie and the teachers had always made sure my boy was very well taking care of, he miss them all already and remember them with love, thank you all for helping, encourage, love and teach my son during his time with you, I will highly recommend this place, your kids will love it!

In my opinion, I would not send any children here. I have observed her blaming/shaming my child because he was having wetting accidents and struggling with potty training. We were working on potty training my son before he went into her school. Immediately after he started going to this school he started being ashamed of having accidents and then started hiding the accidents or lying about having them. It took me weeks to help my son realize that accidents are just that accidents and are nothing to be ashamed of. He did not act this way before going to this school. When I talked to the teacher/owner she even told me that my son was just being cheeky as the reason that he was having accidents.It is well established that treating a child in this manner because of wetting is counterproductive and in fact harmful. I question if she is up to date with current recommended teaching methods to deal with potty accidents. She gave her unqualified medical opinion about my son's wetting.
