Sligo Gestalt Counselling was established in 2012 by� Accredited Gestalt Therapists Hugh Bennett and Tina Horton. We provide professional, one-to one counselling, group therapy, personal development services (such as meditation groups) and training and are situated in Sligo Town. The aim of Gestalt Therapy is to raise personal awareness in order to move from old, unhelpful ways of being to new, enlivened, authentic ways.
