Business Profile

We treat sport injuries, myofascial trigger points, neck and back pain, rheumatologic diseases and any kind of musculoskeletal problem. Physiotherapy services may include dry needling, joint mobilization, soft tissue massage, ultrasound therapy, TENS machine, exercise therapy, stretching, heat etc. We work with children and babies with special needs and provide first aid during matches. We do sport massage and sport taping.
If you have tight muscles, I can do half an hour or one hour (full body) massage while you enjoy some relaxing music.
I completed a Stott Pilates course in 2011 in Cork. Pilates is about strengthening your core muscles (abdominal and back muscles), mobilizing the whole spine and stretching the muscles in a safe way.
