The Personal training program involves a 5,10 or 15 week commitment on your behalf. In return you recieve "one to one "personal attention, OR if you prefer bring a friend or two. Each client is individual so the program will be designed around you, your needs, your goals. You follow a healthy eating plan and meet with Dee twice a week at her state of the art, fully equipped studio where the real work takes place.
