Family Boating Holidays On the Shannon & Erne Waterways
RentOurBoat is a privately owned, family run cruising business.We provide personal service and one on one tuition for all of our customers. We currently have two, 33ft cruisers to rent called No Fixed Abode and Tranquility, both boats sleep 5 people and are perfect for family boating holidays.
Our cruisers are moored at Tara Marine Co. Roscommon which gives them easy access to both the River Shannon

"Myself and my two young kids stayed on the boat in July 2013 for a week. The boat is spacious ( as boats come) and comfortable. It is very well equipped and has alot of character. It was spotless when we boarded. The owner of the boat gave us a long lesson on our first day and taught us a few tricks for reversing the boat into a marina berth which we later became very grateful for. We had a family crisis and we didn't have the full crew expected on one of the days and the owner arranged a mooring for us in a private marina on a day we couldn't travel. We would not have gotton the same level of service from the bigger boat rental companies and we were extremely grateful for the help and support the owner gave us on our first cruise. As a result, we had one of the best holidays ever. The boat is easy to drive and manage and the locks were such fun. We are already looking forward to next years cruise which we will be doing on the same boat. This boat and it's owner come highly recommended"
