Our engineers cover a nationwide service. They are all factory trained on all our equipment to the highest of standards and yearly are taking training courses to address any new developments in our industry. Customers who avail of our service have 24/7 service with no longer than 24 hour response time from the call being received.
Our Service Department carries a large amount of spare parts in stock and we can also obtain any required parts within 2 days. Service any make of equipment with a joint alliance with the two biggest manufacturers of parts in Europe, which means we can service all the equipment found in our client's premises.

SALES
The dedicated sales team we have put together are ready to meet the demands of today's growing industry. They operate nationwide and are available by appointment to meet with potential clients to introduce our products and discuss our services.

Engineer Training Turbochef
We understand that training, support, and coaching is essential for our engineers and customers that is all our engineers have taken a full advanced Turbochef training. This will help make our partnerships successful and provide the best customer service in the industry. TurboChef's training classes give our service engineers a better understanding of the oven's technology and sharpen troubleshooting skills.

Refrigeration
Specific qualifications such as C&G 2079 are required for engineers working with the refrigerants used in refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump systems. Since we specialise in refrigeration DD Catering Equipment want to ensure that engineers in the field are competent and qualified to meet new regulations. With changes in legislation forced in January 2015, it is essential that all our engineers have up to date F Gas qualifications. With this in mind we made sure our service engineers have received all the new and updated courses to keep them on the right side of the law and insure all the required knowledge and skills meet.

Rational & Lainox
Since October 2009 we became a Lainox certified service partners and In November 2011 DD Catering Equipment Engineering Ltd became a Rational certified partners, since then we have developed and expanded our skills to accommodate the growing needs for Rational and Lainox technical training. These purpose built training courses provide an opportunity for catering industry service technicians to gain knowledge of these sophisticated appliances. Consistently providing successful trainees the required level of competence is essential for us and we strive to maintain our engineer at the highest training grade.
