Blood Bikes Ireland Blood Bike Leinster is a fully registered charitable "non profit" organisation established by local volunteers to essentially offer a free out of hour's service transporting blood, breast milk and other medical supplies between hospitals and/or other agencies primarily but not exclusively in the Leinster Region. Breast milk transport is imperative for premature babies as they are unable to digest any other food source.
