"When looking to build a new house for my daughter at the side of ours, I was looking for someone who could simplify the process for me as much as possible. I found Urban, who carried out both the design and building works and made the whole build more straightforward to a layperson like myself. They provided me with different designs to choose from and we agreed a set price for the plan drawings and submission. We then sent the drawings out to a number of contractors, including Urban themselves, and picked them to carry out the building works as well. They completed the contract ahead of time and kept me informed and up to speed at every stage along the way."
