About Antoinette I am qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist working towards accreditation with the Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP).

I work from an integrative perspective which means I use a number of different therapeutic modalities, including Humanistic, Choice Theory, Existential and SFBT. I do this in collaboration with clients finding a style that helps them identify their strengths and preferences and helps alleviate their personal suffering thereby encouraging change.
