Coolmine Fitness Centre is located upstairs at the rear of Coolmine Sports Centre and has a comprehensive range of Cardiovascular equipment, Resistance machines and free weights areas. There are spacious Male and Female changing areas, with access to the Sauna/Steam suite from each room.
Coolmine Fitness offers an excellent facility at the best prices in Dublin West, with membership packages to suit all budgets.
Membership enables you to use all the facilities of a fully equipped Health Centre. Coolmine Fitness Centre has a spacious work-out gym featuring a wide range of both C.V. and resistance machines, incorporating top brands such as Concept II rowers and Life Fitness treadmills.
There is also a large free-weights area with a complete range of dumbbells and Olympic bars. We provide a wide variety of Aerobic classes to suitable for all ages and abilities in the Aerobics Studio.
