INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE
A well-considered spatial layout is fundamental to any good interior architecture project. Unless a space is fully functional and creates a stimulating environment for the user, it will not work. This overriding principal dictates all Mc Donnell Design's work.
Our approach to interior architecture and design is all-inclusive, from site survey and initial concept right through to the complete working drawing package. Whether remodeling an existing space or designing a new build our experience allows us to provide you the client with fully operational and commercially successful designs that exceed your customers requirements.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Our goal is to create beautiful, stylish and carefully considered interior spaces. Aesthetics and functionality are of equal importance to us in providing interiors that have longevity.
We work with our clients to clearly identify their brief with the focus on the results and outcomes of the design and the business objectives of the project. We offer a complete interior design and decoration service which includes concept design, mood boards, sourcing and specification of products, materials and finishes through to final design development.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICE
As well as offering a full design service, Mc Donnell Design are able to provide a project management service to oversee and manage your project from beginning to end. We work with structural, mechanical and electrical consultants along with quantity surveyors to provide you with technical solutions, costings and deadlines. Our service includes ordering and management of all elements within the project. You decide on the services package that suits your project!
