Ben has been my personal trainer since the start of the year and it has been a very satisfactory experience. I've found the concept of personal training at home to be a life changer! It's very easy to communicate with Ben and he's very easy going. I wanted to build muscle and gain strength as my main fitness goals. I also had many pains and aches that needed attention, especially in my lower body. He is very careful and attentive when dealing with your injuries. Once we had all those issues cleared, we were able to make great progress with my main objectives. Very pleased with the service overall.
