Looking for a Speech and Language Therapist in Cork? Welcome to Cork Speech Therapy!
Working in the reassuring surroundings of your own home in Cork, your child will be evaluated and assessed by Jennifer Nolan, Speech and Language Therapist.
Time will be spent with you to review the evaluation and the action plan needed to progress your child’s full potential. Our Speech and Language Therapy Service will be provided in a fun and inviting way, so to engage your child.
Cork Speech Therapy covers the greater Cork area, within a ten-mile radius of Cork city.
Cork Speech Therapy also operates outside Cork City on selected days.
Assessments and evaluations
Services
After consultation with the speech therapist, you will know what therapy is recommended and what the specific goals and targets of the therapy are.
Cork Speech Therapy uses informal and/or formal assessment techniques with your child. Formal assessment techniques will yield specific results, while the informal assessment will allow the therapist to see the child’s communication skills in everyday situations.
About Me
About Me
Jennifer Nolan is a Speech & Language Therapist in Cork Speech Therapy. Jennifer graduated with a Honours Bachelor Degree in Speech & Language Therapy from University College Cork. Since graduating, Jennifer has gained experience working with children with a wide range of speech, language and communication difficulties, including children with ASD and Down Syndrome.
Jennifer is a member of the Irish Association of Speech & Language Therapists and the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (UK).
In the past, Jennifer completed an overseas placement in India with the charity SERVE. SERVE requested Jennifer return the next year in a consulting SLT role to work with children in the Association of People with Disabilities in Bangalore, India.
