She teaches weekly Meditation and Relaxation classes which are an enjoyable way to learn skills to help manage the stresses of every day life. These classes include mindfulness, loving kindness meditation, breathing techniques, gentle movement meditation and guided relaxation. Carolyn holds an MSC in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Certificate in Hakomi and a Professional Certificate in Art Therapy Skills. She is accredited with the Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) and the Irish Council of Psychotherapy (ICP).

She has been a student of various Movement Meditation practices for over 13 years, including studies in Dance Movement Therapy.
