"Heel Pain"
"I had been suffering football injuries for the last 6 years that included heel spurs, Achilles' tendon, calf and lower back injuries. Having tried multiple remedies over the years, it seemed like the only course of action left was surgery. However a friend suggested I try physical therapy. I was treated once a week by Andrew for 6 weeks and was surprised at how well each of my injuries responded. "Neck Pain"
"Having suffered a prolapsed disc in my neck 7 years ago I was seriously considering surgery due to persistent neck pain which radiated down my arm. I attended Aindriu for a series of Physical Therapy sessions and found great relief which is ongoing.
Aindriu was totally professional and provided me with helpful easy to follow exercises to keep my neck pain at bay. He also considered my job which involves performing ultrasounds and explained ways of reducing neck strain which have proved very beneficial.
I have since returned swimming and enjoy a much improved quality of life.
