"The room she saw me in was so relaxing"
"Feeling very low and anxious so I decided to go to counselling after it was recommended by my GP. I am so glad that I went. It allowed me to talk about things that had been weighing me down and now I feel much lighter. I have made some changes in my life and in my attitude. Lisa is a very good therapist and she guided me towards talking about things that really mattered. I would recommend True Horizon counselling to anyone. The room that she saw me in was so relaxing and I felt like I left a lot of my worries there, stuff I didn't want to think about anymore."

"Best money I ever spent on myself"
"I went to counselling as I was feeling very low for some time and I couldn't figure out why. It was beginning to have an effect on my family. I was extremely nervous about going but Lisa made me feel at ease straight away. I would recommend going for counselling with Lisa to anyone who needed it.
